Asphalt shingles are by far the most popular residential roofing material used today.

There are many different colors, styles, and warranties to choose from. Almost all manufacturers start with a 25-30 year three tab shingle and then offer basic architectural shingles starting at 30-50 year warranties ranging to Limited Lifetime warranties.

You can also choose from asphalt/laminate roofing shingles, composite slate, wood shake, tile, slate, metal, and energy-efficient roofing-rated products.

We also offer GAF, IKO, Atlas, Owens Corning, and Tamko shingles for roofing systems upon request or if these manufacturers are specified by an architect or engineer for your particular roofing or re-roofing project.

GAF is America’s #1-selling roofing materials brand. IKO is an international brand specializing in roofing products for residential applications.

If you’d like to test shingle color combinations, each of these manufacturers has tools on their websites that allow you to upload an image of your home or select your home’s style, then mix and match shingle types and colors.

You also can visualize with siding colors, trim, and brick colors. Our team can also help you select a color and material combination that will complement your home and match your personal style.

We will come to your property and take pictures and measurements.

3. Estimate Given

We will send your estimate via email along with a link to a picture of what we have found.

4. Consultation

To address any questions you may have regarding our bid.

5. Signed Contract

Sent you via DocuSign or signed in- person at your residence or our office.

6. Work Performed

Pictures will be added after every day of work that you can review by utilizing the link sent during your estimate phase.

7. Final Clean up and Walkthrough

We come back out to make sure your home or business is exactly the way it was before we completed our work and close out your contract's final payment.
